These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of cardinly.com and to purchases made through the Cardinly online store.

1. About Cardinly

Cardinly provides digital products including editable invitations, Canva templates, party printables, and related digital designs.

Unless specifically stated otherwise on a product page, all products sold through Cardinly are digital products and no physical item will be shipped.

2. Digital Products

Cardinly products may include:

  • Printable invitations
  • Party printables
  • Welcome signs
  • Other downloadable or editable digital designs

Product details, dimensions, file types, editing options, and included items are described on each product page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchasing.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders must be paid in full before digital products or services are provided.

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Cardinly may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments.

Cardinly reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, or misuse of the website.

4. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically.

Depending on the product, delivery may include:

  • A PDF containing access instructions
  • A Canva template link
  • A downloadable digital file
  • A personalized file sent electronically

No shipping or physical delivery is required for digital-only purchases.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and accessing their digital files after purchase.

5. Editable Canva Templates

Some Cardinly products are editable through Canva.

Customers may be required to create or sign in to a Canva account to edit a template.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, a Canva Pro subscription is not required.

Cardinly is not responsible for changes to Canva’s platform, features, availability, or third-party service terms.

6. Personalization

When personalization is offered, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

This may include names, dates, times, addresses, wording, colors, or other event details.

Cardinly is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Customers should carefully review all personalized details before approving or using a final design.

7. Refunds

Because Cardinly primarily sells digital products, refund eligibility may be limited once a digital file, template, or access link has been delivered or accessed.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the Cardinly Refund Policy.

If you experience a technical problem with your purchase, contact Cardinly at contact@cardinly.com so reasonable assistance can be provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Cancellations

Orders for digital products may not be cancellable after the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or personalized work has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact contact@cardinly.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are reviewed according to the status of the order and applicable law.

9. Printing

Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, printers, paper, materials, and professional printing services.

Cardinly cannot guarantee that printed colors will exactly match the colors displayed on a customer’s screen.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their chosen printer supports the required dimensions, file format, bleed, and print specifications.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reading product descriptions before purchase
  • Providing accurate personalization information
  • Checking spelling, dates, times, addresses, and other details
  • Confirming file dimensions and formats
  • Ensuring compatibility with their device, software, or printing provider
  • Keeping purchased files and access links secure

11. Personal Use License

Unless otherwise stated, Cardinly digital products are provided for personal use only.

Customers may use purchased designs for their own personal event or intended personal purpose.

Customers may not:

  • Resell Cardinly templates or digital files
  • Share purchased template links for others to use
  • Redistribute digital files
  • Claim Cardinly designs as their own
  • Upload or sell Cardinly designs on marketplaces or other websites
  • Use purchased files to create competing digital products for resale

12. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, layouts, website content, branding, and other materials created by Cardinly remain the property of Cardinly or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Customers receive only the usage rights specifically described for the purchased product.

13. Third-Party Services

Cardinly may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, Canva, hosting providers, email providers, or other technology services.

Cardinly is not responsible for outages, changes, policies, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms outside Cardinly’s reasonable control.

14. Website Availability

Cardinly makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and functioning correctly.

However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security concerns, or circumstances outside Cardinly’s control.
