PAPER COMPATIBILITY

The card can be printed on standard home-printer paper sizes, including:
• A4 portrait paper: 21 × 29.7 cm
• US Letter portrait paper: 8.5 × 11 inches
The open card measures 27 × 13.5 cm and fits comfortably on both A4 and US Letter paper when printed at the correct scale.
Some white space will remain around the card for trimming.

OPTION 1 — SELF-EDIT IN CANVA

Choose the Self-Edit option if you would like to personalize the card yourself.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Purchase the Self-Edit option.
2. Send us a message on Etsy after purchasing.
3. We will send you the Canva template link.
4. Open the template using a free Canva account.
5. Edit your personalized details, such as:
• Recipient’s name
• Age
• Relationship
• Front wording
• Inside message
• Sender’s name
• Date, when applicable
• Text colors and placement where permitted
6. Download both pages as “PDF Print.”
7. Print, trim, fold, and gift your card.
Canva works in a web browser and through the Canva mobile app. For easier editing and more accurate placement, we recommend using a computer or tablet.
Some decorative artwork may be fixed to protect the layout, while personalized text fields remain editable.

Choose the We Edit option if you would prefer us to personalize the card for you.
After purchasing, please send us an Etsy message with:
• Recipient’s name
• Recipient’s age, when applicable
• Relationship or title
• Preferred front wording
• Inside message
• Sender’s name
• Date, when applicable
• Any additional personalization requests
We will personalize both pages and send you a proof to review.
Once approved, you will receive a high-resolution, ready-to-print PDF containing:
• The outside card page
• The inside card page
PNG or JPG versions may also be available upon request.

HOW TO PRINT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
FOR BEST RESULTS:
• Download the file as PDF Print
• Use white cardstock
• Select “Actual Size” or “100% Scale”
• Do not select “Fit to Page”
• Use the highest print-quality setting available
• Print in color
• Test on ordinary paper before using cardstock
RECOMMENDED PAPER:
For home printers:
200–250 gsm white cardstock
For professional printing:
250–300 gsm white cardstock
Always check the maximum paper weight supported by your printer.

DOUBLE-SIDED PRINTING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The design includes one outside page and one inside page.
For automatic double-sided printing:
1. Open the PDF.
2. Select double-sided or duplex printing.
3. Print at Actual Size or 100%.
4. Most printers will require “Flip on Short Edge” for this card format.
5. Print one test copy first, as printer settings can vary.
For manual double-sided printing:
1. Print the outside page first.
2. Reinsert the printed sheet into your printer.
3. Print the inside page on the reverse.
4. Use ordinary paper for your first test to confirm the correct paper direction.

HOW TO TRIM AND FOLD
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Print both sides of the card.
2. Trim the finished sheet to:
27 × 13.5 cm
3. Locate the center fold at:
13.5 cm
4. Score the center gently using a ruler and scoring tool for a cleaner fold.
5. Fold the card carefully in half.
The finished folded card will measure:
13.5 × 13.5 cm
For the cleanest result, use a paper trimmer instead of scissors.

You may also print the card through:
• A local print shop

• A professional online printing company
Ask the printer to:
• Print at Actual Size or 100%
• Print double-sided
• Use quality white cardstock
• Trim to 27 × 13.5 cm
• Fold at the 13.5 cm center point
